Let me plan your trip

You want a great trip. You don't have 20 hours to research it. Tell me the vibe, and I'll build the whole thing with you, the same way I plan my own.

Who this is for

  • You work full time and your PTO is precious.
  • You're planning for a group and need a plan everyone can say yes to.
  • You want the hidden gems, not a top 10 list.
  • You want to explore on your own, but not miss the good stuff.

How it works

Seven steps, built on the same 5-step method behind every guide on this site.

  1. 01

    Planning call

    30 minutes

We talk through what you like, what you don't, the food you want, your priorities and the vibe. Driving, public transport or a mix. I'll also ask how much you want to explore on your own.

  2. 02

    Moodboard

    Feel First

A few days later I send a moodboard with the vibe and examples of places. I paint the picture of what the trip could feel like, and we get that right before anything else.

  3. 03

    Wide-net research

    Pick Anchors and Satellite View

I cast the wide net and show you everything that fits. You tell me what looks right and what matters most.

  4. 04

    The route

Let the Route Decide Home Base

I narrow it down to a realistic route that cuts time on the road, with how many days I'd spend in each place.

  5. 05

    The itinerary

    One Clean Route

Day by day: the main stops, what to look out for, 2 to 3 restaurant picks for every meal, places to stay and tour companies for day trips. The color-in zones are sized to how much you want to explore.

  6. 06

    Revision call

    30 minutes

We walk through the whole thing together. One round of revisions.

  7. 07

    Your trip, delivered

    PDF and pitch deck

An end-to-end PDF itinerary, plus a slide deck with the vibe and the day by day, ready to pitch to your friends and family.

Nate: this list is a stand-in. Your PowerPoint timeline graphic can replace it once it's made.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Every trip is different, so it's quote-based. Tell me about yours and I'll send a quote. Nate: add a "starting at" price if you want one.

How long does it take?

Nate: your turnaround from the planning call to the final PDF.

Do you book anything for me?

Nate: say whether you book, or send links so they book themselves.

Can you plan a group trip?

Yes. Group trips are kind of my thing, and the pitch deck is built to get everyone to say yes.

Where can you plan trips to?

Nate: anywhere, or only places you have been?
